At Friends for Humanity, Inc. ("Fae", "we", "us", or "our"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered text messaging service ("Service") accessible via SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, and related platforms. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have questions about our privacy practices, please contact us at legal@friendsforhumanity.com.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information from you and about you in several ways. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising purposes.
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials from third-party authentication providers (such as Google).
- Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment processors collect and process your payment card information, billing address, and transaction details. We do not directly store complete payment card information.
- Communications and Content: The text messages, images, videos, and other content you send to Fae through the Service ("Input") are processed by our AI systems and third-party AI providers to generate responses. While this content is technically stored and processed to provide the Service, Fae employees and staff cannot access, view, or read your individual conversations with Fae. Your messages are processed automatically by AI systems, not reviewed by humans.
- Support and Feedback: When you contact customer support or provide feedback, we collect your name, contact information, and the content of your communications.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect or Access
We want to be transparent about what we do NOT have access to:

- User Profiles: We do not access or read your social media profiles, contacts, photos, or other personal data stored in third-party services beyond what is explicitly provided to us through authentication.
- Message Access: Fae employees and staff cannot access, view, or read your individual conversations with Fae. Your messages are processed automatically by AI systems to provide the Service.
